IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING VISITNG THE OFFICE FOR CHL APPOINTMENTS
In compliance with current state guidelines, Union County Sheriff’s Office is closed to walk-in traffic until further notice. Fingerprinting services are by appointment only, scheduled through this site, in order to ensure proper physical distancing and limits on groups. When it is time for your appointment, please be aware of the following:
- We ask that you arrive five (5) minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals will not be permitted to be fingerprinted and will require rescheduling.
- Please come to your appointment alone; no additional guests or children will be allowed.
- You are required to bring and wear your own mask while in contact with our employees. Individuals without masks will not be fingerprinted.
- In addition, no one with a fever or other signs of infection will be permitted. Please, for your safety and ours, reschedule if you become ill. You may reschedule through this site or call us at (541) 963-1017 for assistance.
Please be assured that we take your health and safety seriously. Our staff will be utilizing personal protective equipment during appointments and we will be disinfecting surfaces in between appointments.
General Information
Union County Sheriff’s Office provides non-criminal fingerprinting services to Union County residents for purposes of employment, license applications, expunging records, etc.

Fingerprinting Requirements: must meet ALL requirements
You must provide current government issued photo identification, such as your driver’s license. The information submitted on this form and on the fingerprint card must match your identification.
Pricing:
Fingerprinting costs $10.00. Appointments for fingerprinting are available on TUESDAYS - 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM. WEDNESDAYS - 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM, THURSDAYS - 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM.. Please note you will be asked to pay now to reserve your appointment time.
